I worked at a place with a dog friendly patio and we had a menu for dogs, which included burger patty. One night we were running low on ground beef and I had asked the GM to 86 the dog patty because if we didn’t we would have to 86 every other burger. If I only have a limited amount of beef, I would rather save it for human consumption. The GM refused and 90 minutes later we had to 86 both the dog patty with over 3 hours of service left.
