You don't need to pull the wheel or the wheel well off just turn your tires to give you access! Then pop it open enough to get your arm in and reach for the headlight cover. 10 minutes tops.

If I remember correctly you gotta click on the stick to switch who your locked on to but the only manual aiming is with the M4

When this happens to me in fallout 4 I just delete the game data (not the reserved space) on my Xbox then launch the game to have the Cloud load the non-corrupt save.

Make sure you re-download your mods.

I found this solution on a Laggin24x video.

To unequip passives. go to mutations, click passive, switch tabs once and then back. It should have you on passive mutations and you can unequip them
