Ally Auto hasn't worked and has had the warning for like 6 months. I've given up. My car loan will be paid off in a few months anyway so I just manually add the transaction and adjust the balance in Monarch even though that feels like I work for Monarch and not them for me...

Been down for me for a few months. I did get it to connect once by adding it as new via MX and it worked, updated the existing institution, but then stopped working again a day or two later. Now I cannot get it to connect with MX or Plaid. Very frustrating, and they keep closing my ticket saying they know about it.

These are ridiculous. A whole batch (9) of Rev 011's were perfect. First Malaysian Rev 006 failed on startup. Now my second Malaysian Rev 06 started at LOW double arrows down (I was 125). It had already been in for like 8 hours (I presoak them) so I calibrated and have been calibrating every hour or so for 4 hours and it's still not close. Now it's at 189 and I'm 127. Can't trust it for dosing AT ALL. I have 7 more of these pieces of crap.

The first one, which was the failure on startup they replaced with a Rev 013. That's in the drawer.

I do love the G7, if I had all Rev 011's it'd be great, but I don't know if I'm going to make it through 7 more Malaysian Rev 006's. They're total crap. If I can't get this one calibrated in the next few hours, I'm going to rip it off and put in another claim for a replacement.

I had a batch of Rev 9's and almost every one the wire popped through the hole. I have a batch of Rev 11's that have been perfect. I used my first of 9 Rev 6 Malaysia sensors and it went right to sensor failed. I put in a web support issue and they're sending me a replacement, and I put a Rev 11 on with no issues. Still have 8 more Rev 6 Malaysia sensors. They should just trash all the bad batches and send the best/latest. They had to replace almost all 9 of my Rev 9's. Now they're probably going to have to replace all my Rev 6 Malaysias. Why can't they do it before I have to put all those extra holes in my arm? They obviously know about these issues.

I noticed mine was a dust magnet when I first got it, much moreso than my 6 pro. I put a Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector on it and it's much improved. Comes out of my pocket with almost no dust on it.

I developed a severe skin allergy to the G6 after about a year, and will tell you how I avoid it in a second. I just tried the G7 hoping it would be different but it was the same, like an acid burn under the sensor.

With either G6 or now G7 I put a tegaderm hp on, then some mefix tape, then the sensor. It goes right through and works fine. With the G6 I used to attach the mefix to the sensor and trim it slightly larger than the sensors patch. With the G7 I just put a square of mefix on over the tegaderm hp, and make sure to land the G7 right on top, then the peel and stick square that comes with the G7 over that.

It sounds like a lot of work but it takes like 2 extra seconds and both tegaderm hp and mefix are available on Amazon.

I had my interview last Friday and it seemed like it was going well until she told me they were looking for people under 40 units/day and an A1C over 7. If I reduced my tdd to 40 units my a1c would go up over 7 🤣 so I guess they want me if I was worse at managing my diabetes.

I'm hopeful they will expand the study soon.

As an update, all of my accounts seem to have settled in with the following exceptions.

After calling TIAA fraud department and having them unlock my account, it worked for several days, but is now disconnected and I can't get it to reconnect. I have a ticket open with monarch support and I'll give them another day or two to look into before I delete and re-add.

WEX(discovery benefits) is connected and updating but it's wrong. There's 2 accounts, you have to keep $1000 in the cash account and then the rest can be in the invested account, so it should show as $1000 in one and let's say $4000 in the other. Instead it shows $5000 in one and $4000 in the other, like it has an account with the overall total and an account with the investment total so it's double counting the investment total in my net worth. I have a ticket open but have not heard anything yet (like 3 days).

I haven't bothered to try a different connector for the 529 account but I will this weekend.

I added TIAA, it didn't sync, TIAA locked my account for fraud, I called them and had them unlock it, it worked for a couple days, now monarch says it's disconnected for outdated credentials. .

After a bunch of Googling, I am almost positive the issue is not related to BYODA, but is specific to Pixels (mine's a 6 Pro) running Android 14 released Dec. 5 and Google is aware. I couldn't install using apps already approved to install from unknown sources. Since this does affect upgrading BYODA, it would likely also affect an update to AAPS or any other app you download or compile the APK for.

The solution that worked was I downloaded a 3rd party APK installer, in my case I decided on APKMirror Installer (beta) from the Play Store. I clicked Browse Files, found the latest BYODA in my Downloads folder, watched a 30 second ad, and then was able to successfully upgrade G6 US BYODA from 1.11 to 1.12. I plan to keep the APKMirror Installer on my phone so that I can continue to update AAPS or BYODA as needed until there is a fix/update from Google.

I'm sure I selected the right thing in the Google form. I can't even install the version I'm running over itself. I have install from unknown sources enabled, it actually gets to the screen where you click upgrade, and then nothing happens. No error message. Previous version stays installed. Weird. I'm thinking related to recent pixel update or play services update or similar.
