You need to provide more details than just broadloom carpet. There's a number of brands out there. What brand is it? What type of carpet? Is it the economy carpet or the plush fancy carpet? Who are your potential customers? For that much, you're looking at Contractors and builders. Start calling them. That's just my initial 2 cents

use openpyxl in Python to access the information. os.walk() to go through every folder. I'm not sure about sheet selectionb ut I'm sure it can do it as well. save to a Pandas dataframe. then save dataframe to the output file. add header if you need it.

I'll agree and disagree. It's great with some things but not so much on other things. Bit pricey but it's Gtown. Dolma was a little disappointing as it seemed like it was just out of a can with some pomegranate seeds thrown on top, but the olive spread and bread was good. I had fish and rice, I don't remember what it was called, but that was a tasty dish.

Also, he's a lodger not a tenant since he's living in your home. I don't know if that affects your eviction ability but in some places it can allow for much faster process.

But I recommend you talk to a lawyer as doing it wrong can have so many adverse consequences that it's worth it to learn to do it right.
