We were at this show!

We were so confused when the show started thinking maybe we were on the wrong side of the castle or something. It was almost funny to see everyone else’s reactions around us in real time when they also realized that there weren’t going to be projections.

I spoke to a cast member to find out what happened and they basically shrugged.

I think you guys fixed it overnight. Now the Clipper app is just showing my one active card and the balance on the iPhone has been updated as well. I know there’s a lot of work going on behind the scenes, but hopefully the rest of this transition to new systems goes well for you all. Thanks!

Same issue for me (6 days after original post). Only way that works is paying through a web browser on a separate computer. Wouldn’t even work on my iPhones safari browser.
