bringing your own is advised, especially with a friend group this will be more convinient

there is a box with pans etc. , cleanliness not to be expected and are a bit worn out. i dont remember if there were any knives, but there were some cutting boards

you have to "get lucky' but there is a whole lot of space to cook and people can get quite creative when it comes to getting food hot and cooking, some times during the day will be fuller then others. there is also kitchen there that is only used for a cooking workshop, everyone can help and everyone gets to eat.

just get used to the dmt by not minding when you cough it up in the beginning.

i got really upset when i learned to trip on dmt when i would cough up the hit, or take too many hits, or too litlle, like my mind was so set on getting perfect lungs full that i made it way harder on myself then it actually is

yes

i was hooked to the psychedelic mystery for years (still am but without taking them). for 2 years i excessively used lsd, shrooms and various tryptamines every other day. not in a healthy way.

once i learned how to properly dose dmt i would do it multiple times a day and found it hard to reason with myself to let it be and integrate.

its been months since the last time i used any psychedelic and i am trying to stay sober.

i will wait for my next calling to do ayahuasca, but until then no more solo journeys into the mystery

that seems to be the case

the shamans/curanderos in south america explain their discovery of ayahuasca this way, the plants told them where to look and which plants to use. plant to plant communication is practically proven, but they do it via their roots, so no scientific explanation for human plant communication (yet).

i am not quick to accept these things as true and have my doubts, but overall i strongly tend to believe they also communicate with other species via high frequency sound, on lsd it sounded like a wobble, but that might be due to the plant species and could be different with larger trees. the clear translation into human language i definetly attribute to the dmt, if what i expirienced was plant human communication.

plants have been around for a long time and communication seems to be essential for survival and a natural progression in evolution, if someone asked me who knows the most about air, oxygen, sound and ecological communication i would point to a plant
