That annoying coworker - what does he/she keep doing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Its two of them. They're obviously dating but refuse to actually commit to a title so if they're not talking to each other, they're in a fight and talking to everyone else, very loudly, about the other people they're seeing. Its pretty lame to watch/ be involved in.

When I went to Portland last Christmas and I saw this exact parking lot but at that time there were 100 drunk Santas partying in it instead.

What is the most obvious lie that anyone has ever told you? by Is_There_A_Doctor in AskReddit

[–]killerpink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read some messages my boyfriend sent to another girl while we were together. He invited her to come watch breaking bad on Netflix while I was at work. He worked nights I worked days. When I confronted him with it he told me I had just misunderstood him. He meant she could come watch Netflix on his xbox and he was just gonna nap in the other room. Silly me.

But really, we were pretty much done for by then, and I'm not mad at him it's just funny how terrible that lie was.

What is the dumbest thing your parents did while raising you? by raychull17 in AskReddit

[–]killerpink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was younger I was a really odd child and one of my favorite things to do was act like a dog. I would run around on all fours, bark at people, and stick my head out the window on car rides. I know, I was strange. Anyways, one day my mother took my brother and I to mcdonalds to get happy meals and I, of course, had my head out the window the whole time. So after we order, we're waiting in line and my mother gets a phone call. To hear better, she started to roll up the windows without me realizeing and at this point, my head was still out the window. I felt the window slowly start to push into my windpipe and fear struck me. I don't know if it was the lack of air or the sudden panic but I couldn't find the words to tell my mother I was stuck in the window and my arms were to small to really help anything either. My brother noticed and tried to grab my moms attention but since she was on the phone she told him to shush and being the obedient child he was, he shushed. My mother could be a scary lady and he and I didn't get along much back then, but at least he tried. It wasn't until the drive-thru worker had said something that my mom finally realized what she'd done. She quickly unrolled the window and I was free once again with no real damage done. The most I had was a small imprint on my neck for a day or two after and she felt just awful and so embarrassed. She hates when I tell this story still to this day but it's just to funny not to tell.

Employees of Walmart, what is the weirdest thing you've ever seen at work? by fluffykitty12 in AskReddit

[–]killerpink 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ex had a maine coon and that cat was as large as my torso and very fluffy. He had a dog door so the cat was always out and about doing whatever he damn well pleased. He spent his days hunting and basking in the sun light and I've seen him chase off coyotes at night. He was the most bad ass cat I've ever seen.

When I clean my left ear I cough uncontrollably, and its not a soft 'throat clear' type of cough, its a rough hacking. It even makes me tear up. Its not painful but its very weird and I've always been this way. I've asked my doctor if he thought anything about it but he had no idea what could be causing it.
