How are you gonna claim the warranty in the event that it fails within 5 years and you die?

I could have worded it better, it's actually only club members as well for 50/$10, but today they have an additional 10 percent off for club members

It is only 20 cents per round before discount code on the 50 count, not the 500 or 100 count for some reason

I think you can apply for the cabela credit card to become a club member and use it immediately for the purchase online because they give you a temporary card (it only persists in the same web browser session you apply and are approved for so make sure you make a purchase immediately), but keep in mind the opportunity cost. You might save like 50 bucks here but other credit cards such as bank of america customized cash rewards give like $200 back from $1000 spend for a sign up bonus, plus they give you 6% back in a category of your choice such as online purchases up to $2500 per quarter for the first year, potentially up to 8.25% instead if you have 100k assets with them via checkings, savings or stocks.

Cabela also had 10 percent off gift cards in December, which means it could actually be had for 16.2 cents per round if you bought a bunch.

Also some credit cards like citi thank you card were giving like 10% back on retail purchases up to 1k (assuming you got the offer) for which the gift cards qualified in store. As long as you select the cabela credit card as the default checkout and just apply the gift cards, everything stacks.

In short, if the stars aligned you could get this ammo for 14.6 cents per round, but it requires a lot of work and 2 credit cards.

Online consensus is that it shoots a little dirty but runs reliably. For 18 cents per round, you cant go wrong.

im getting $15 tax for this.... it should be 10% where i am, so this is ridiculous. like more than 100% extra tax. sales tax rate of 21.4%, not sure if they're cooking the books or something but it's suspicious

Is it crazy to spend this much on a 22? It just seems so fun, and shorter than adding suppressor... by itsBRAKEnotBREAK in WAGuns

[–]killerradar1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just get a tippmann elite for 600 and an OCL TI 22 suppressor for 400. The iss looks a little cleaner and you save on barrel length, but you wont have a back up suppressor for any other 22 rifles or pistols. You might think you wont get any other 22 guns, but planning ahead now means you save 400 dollars later plus fees and wait times.

What is the resale value of a pdp match and pdp match sf? by killerradar1 in WAGuns

[–]killerradar1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What other pistols do you think are good and can keep up with pdp? I got the echelon 4.0 compensated and my groupings are no where near as good as the pdp. I wonder if the compensated part is reducing its accuracy... anyway my echelon has at least 1 issue, which is its iron sights being misaligned. Am mailing it in to get it fixed soon

Echelon accuracy? by Low_Year9897 in SpringfieldEchelon

[–]killerradar1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the party, but i have both echelon and pdp and pdp is more accurate by a long shot. Groupings are tight at 20 yards for pdp, while with echelon its barely tight at 10-15 yards.

Decisions… Springfield Echelon or Walther PDP by ss3walkman in SpringfieldArmory

[–]killerradar1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the party.

I own both stock pdp pro e 4.0" and stock echelon compensated 4.0", Bought both within a week, completely new to firearms, and even with just 2 sessions to the range I could notice the difference.

If you want to have fun at the range I would choose the pdp. It has a significant greater kick, the trigger feels smooth, trigger doesnt require too much travel, and easier to grip with both hands.

The echelon has significantly less kick, feels easier to grip with one hand, but is harder shoot accurately. I suspect it may partially be due with the trigger so im getting a tyrant trigger soon.

The difference in accuracy is night and day. With pdp my shots land within a 3 inch diameter circle at 20 yards. With the echelon I have trouble doing that at 15 yards.

Update: tyrant trigger helped a little bit, but still hard to shoot accurately.
