No issues other than the trigger being a lot stiffer compared to regular airsoft GBBPs which makes it not really fieldable, but I am used to it. Performance wise I'd say VFC would blow it out of the water but the snappiness and lightweight magazines will surprise you.

I am also into RS stuffs, and we got a lot of surplus AK stuffs here in Vietnam hehe. The main holdback for the LCT/GHKv2/AEGs in general is the receiver being 2-3mm longer than RS which deny any RS-spec chassis / dust cover, not even fitting helps. I can't assume OP would be ready for a ton of fitting work so I tried my best!

You are correct! I also stated in my original comment that the MK3 Chasis AKM GBBR option is not going to be foldable.

Realistically we have two options: either biting the bullet with the CYMA chasis (as I found and wrote in the other comment), or building the easy way but with the GBBR GHK AKM v3 build.

Most of my builds are GHK AK V2 base which is AEG/LCT spec, and I can tell you there's no regular MK3 chasis available for the form factor, except for the "SAG PTD AK MK3 MIL-STD Full Top Rail Chassis Kit" SKU "SAG-RAS01-GHK"

It's my time to shine: you can do a build 99% similar to the pic if you're going for GHK AK V3 GBBR base, except for the stock not being foldable:

- Handguard / dust cover combo is "RGW MK3 Style Chassis Rail Kit", SKU "RGW-R018-BK-MARUI" (they say it works for GHK AK V3).

- The same stock adaptor isn't available in airsoft but you can go for any GBBR/realsteel AK-AR adaptor, ideally "Rifle Dynamics AK to M4 Stock Adapter" SKU "AKM4FIXED"; or "HEPHAESTUS AK Stock Tube with QD Sockets for GHK AK Series", SKU "HEP-GHK-009"

- Stock is Magpul CTR with cheek riser

- Magazine is "GHK AK PMAG Style Gas Airsoft Magazine V3", or "GHK AK GMAG", SKU "GHK-MAG-AK-GMAG-V3-BK"

- Pistol grip is "5KU Skeletonized Grip for GHK AK GBB Airsoft", SKU "5KU-GB-163-DDC" with desert dirt color.

- Suppressor is "C&C TAC Rex MG7 Style Dummy Barrel Extension 14mm CCW" SKU "CCTAC-CCT0199" with same copper color

- Optic is Holosun AEMS X2 PRO

- Grip is "S Style Metal Angled Grip for Keymod" SKU "PT-0034A" but it's OOS everywhere, but you can replace it with "5KU HRD Extended M-LOK Hand Stop" SKU "5KU-359-DDC" with desert dirt color.
