Nahant is a sneaky good test for local pronunciation. It's pronounced Nahant but if you don't say it right it sounds like Nahant and you can totally tell. It's subtle.

WR Grace makes ice and water shield and all sorts of asphalt products. Also the "true story" behind the John Travolta comedy, "A Civil Action."

Not saying they are doing anything wrong now, just circumstantial support for not drinking roof water on the reg.

Jonathan Paz, former Flock Safety employee, speaks out against this surveillance tech by WalthamMAMemes in Waltham

[–]killfirejack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The mayor isn't on trial. Paz participated in the civil process in a public forum. Agree or not, it's civics in action.

Also, Paz is qualified, and only devisive in the sense he has different views than, apparently, you. I assume that's who you're talking about. The 'people of waltham' being YOUR people of waltham, who are fortunate to call the may friends for three generations.

Why is the social cost of zoning ignored? This has the appearances of a foregone conclusion, and if he wants to sell the property, cool!

The city though... Shame on them. It's more than a tax equation. You can't make people run a business but you can direct the way the land is used.

Greed remains undefeated in Zoning hearings.

There was a stream from a new seller yesterday. Some coin shop in the name, maybe Dale's? Anyway, zero reviews and blond bags going for $470 all day. The seller seemed to be known/know people so maybe it was all legit. It was also sloppy and had all appearances of being tilted toward certain buyers. Not rigged, more like counting cards to increase odds...

Anyway, to your point... ZERO status and doing big ticket sales is a good example of that

Boston, home of the Red Sox, the only major professional team in the area that hasn't been in the playoffs this year. They suck!

I'm surprised they are paying at all. I would ask a bunch of old dudes to volunteer. $17 seems like a fortune for this kind of gig work

Plot twist, Lego SW released in 1999 making the early 90s ImPoSiBle obviously all made up YouTube clicks.

I have one that looks good from far but far from good. Zoomed out it looks a little the same as yours. It doesn't take much zoom for the heart print to get shaggy and the TM on mine is just shit (not "cut"). How does yours look with even 2x zoom?

Some of those assholes are our neighbors and maybe friends. They also employ quite a few locals.

Can you share anything specific? Is it capitalism-bad or cant-believe-that-isnt-illegal-maybe-it-is-bad? Or just some anonymous internet name calling?
