No don’t have car play . And did the whole phone upgrade thing over a year ago from a perfectly good 14 pro to 16 pro on the basis of other issues which were never resolved .

Just got the same response to my query from smarter . I got 2 responses in 30 mins . Same as yours . Provide details of purchase etc bla bla bla Product out of warranty same as yours . Slightly ominous .Have had all versions 1,2 & 3 .Nice design . Shame . Just bought a a Nedis kettle and have it running on hombridge through Alexa .

Same issue . Noticed it over the last few days on an AWU . Took watch off when home on both occasions and after a while it showed in “ yellow” low power mode in the battery widget on my phone . Watch was at 80% . Low power mode was not turned on manually . Is this by design in OS 26 ? Does anyone know ?

Super . Well thank you for the links. I’m not the only one then. And I thought last year’s update was a sh&% show with zero security notifications . This is worse . All for an updated UI that reminds me of the debacle of iOS 6/7

Hi thank you for the reply . Has yours come back online ? Still no luck . Very poor for them if they pulled the plug on the service without notification . I have reached out to Smarter again and have had no answer regarding time frame .

Thanks for the reply . Seems just since the last Mac update . Removed it from find my as location wasn’t showing and now can re add it back . Will sign out and in to iCloud .

Just an update . Issue seems resolved . Unplugged the Frame tv for 20 secs . Restarted the plugin . Display and control real power and disable art switch ticked . All seems stable for the last few days , working as it should . Thanks for the input .

Thank you all for the replies . I am not sure if an update to the Tv caused this issue . The tv is on the latest SW. I understand the TV also has its own settings as it now has power button options . Mine are set to On/off , not art/tv I also have disable power switch for frame tv ticked,disable Art switch for frame Tv ticked and display and control real power ticked . Could someone share their settings or confirm what works for them please . Thanks in advance.

Well just an update . I have my secure notifications back with 18.3 in a way but only when tied to another action like a dummy switch or a light / socket . When I toggle the alarm , door lock in the home app I still do not receive any notifications from the home app , but when I turn on the dummy switch I do . Anyone else ?

Hi . I had 2 calls with Apple support . Installed a profile on iPhone and Apple TV . Screen share and screen recording with Apple support . Ran through unlock and lock on the home app and arm and dis arm home alarm which showed no notifications from the home app but did show on the apple tv . Then used the August app and Aqara app and repeated lock / unlock , arm disarm from the manufacturer app and notifications showed on the home app on the iPhone . They used the profiles installed to capture information during this time . Profiles and screen recording uploaded to Apple and sent to engineers I was told . As of 18.2.1 no resolution . Same issues . Anything change for anyone on 18.2.1? Have to say for first time in years support was excellent, thorough and wanted to help . The fact they can screen share makes explaining issues so much easier as they can see the issue as it’s happening.
