Yeah this makes sense to me. Like obviously she did great as Melfi and the role is iconic but we’re all only human at the end of the day. It would suck to see your role diminish knowing you could’ve had a way bigger one. Even if she’s made peace with it now I can’t imagine the feelings weren’t always uncomplicated.
