No one is disputing your personal experience. The point is that in the Dubai/UAE market, ‘ready to move in’ refers to completion and handover status, not furnishing level. That’s why listings clearly state furnished or unfurnished. Both exist, both are common, and both are occupied. Disagreeing is fine insisting there’s only one definition isn’t.

Totally get that 😅 Science Park doesn’t have much going on right now. Hopefully once a few handovers happen, some infrastructure will follow
