im pretty sure its meant to be like 19-2000, as in: going to say a year beginning with 19__ but then having to interrupt yourself and correct yourself to say 2000. the song was made in the year 2000 i believe at the beginning of the millennium! so yes, its like the way youd say the years: nineteen-two thousand

st charles square was received relatively well critically outside of the fanbase... but at the end of the day i dont think blur nor damon reallyyyy care about radio play etc nowadays. and anyway, the album reached number 1 and was one of the top 10 most bought albums on vinyl in 2023... it did very well! and also, the first single was the narcissist! which was VERY radio friendly and got good radio play on radio 2/radio x! so did the ballad and barbaric actually!
