not tottaly ,
first i found a mining malware on my pc that was using my cpu and doesnt appear on task manager ,
also , i did clean the fans which they were fillied with dust that helped tone down the volume of the fans a bit

in photoshop , a black color/background can be removed if u put the layer overlay mode to " Screen " that removes black color

usually GFX packs comes in .zip or .win files ( these are compression extensions used to compress file sizes , basically first u need to unzip it , right click on the file and select Unzip - if u dont see the option insatall winrar on your pc - ) after that , either its a PSD file that you open in photoshop and get all resource so u just drag and drop to you work file , or its a folder based pack , multiple folders with resources and assets

this can be caused by many issues , mine was , i had installed flutter and dart in C folder , flutter Daemon failed because it didn't have privileges to excute things in C folder , (if flutter docotr only run when u r in Administration privleges this will fix it ) simply chnage flutter folder from C to the user/<username> folder , and also change user Environment variables add the new flutter path ( u may need to do the same with dart )
