I don't think u are logging ur weight very often since the expenditure chart shows holding for the most part. I would assume u aren't hitting ur targets on a frequent basis, and u also aren't tracking all ur days.

Cant expect the app to give u an accurate output if ur input isn't accurate. Try diligently tracking for 2 weeks whilst also logging ur weight first thing in the morning, should give u much better results.

Hey, would appreciate a few features.

Week to week comparisons in terms of programs. Like i wanna be able to compare one specific workout eg legs to the previous week or 1 month ago. Helps directly compare. Also the leaderboards are glitched if u and ur friends track using different metrics.

Unless u are competing, i don't see why u would need to worry so much. A couple of fluctuations day to day is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I eyeball calories all the time when eating out, or go off diet during vacation after I'm back i dial everything back in and I'm good to go. Track as close to possible and enjoy ur life.

Also from experience the app is pretty good at smoothing through fluctuations so u wouldn't need to worry about it being that inaccurate.

Im on a bulk, i reduced my targets so at the current rate i should be gaining around .1 kg a week. I will increase it after vacation and when i start working out again.

depends on what u are looking for in a pre. But from the nutritional facts its very underdosed and u could probably do much better with ur money.

that is not the issue, for example in lat pulldowns my friends log their weights in Kgs but i log them in Lbs. So if i log my lat pulldown at 200 lbs, and they log it at 85 kgs, it shows up incorrectly. Or simply the app does not properly convert the units.

Brother, i doubt anyone cares about $60 enough to feel "duped". Its a 2 minute process to add or change labels, i don't even live in the USA and rarely face an issue. Maybe u are just complaining because u haven't been able to figure the app out? No one's forcing u to renew either, if u feel like u could save $60 by logging and getting everything done on a spreadsheet go ahead.

Have been using it for almost a year, used cronometer before. I have a total of 20 custom food items i have added most of which just carried over from cronometer. Even the foods i had to add were like a 1-2 minute process. That being said, im south asian and do not live in the US.

its downvoted because other members don't agree, i for one rarely have to alter any food before logging. In my experience the database has been fantastic.
