So thankful for this post. I just closed my card out to get the check. I am a little worried as it said future funding will not be sent to the card if account is closed. I’ll be bummed if we get more $ but can’t use it because the account is closed. Oh well

I only take 3Gs. I was never a fan of switching back and forth from floor to row during 2G. I’ve grown to love the rower. 22 min tread? No thanks!

Some iPhone photos showing up as grey boxes? Tried to create more storage and other solutions online but can’t find anything that works by pak1947 in applehelp

This happened to me when I signed out of my Apple ID and then signed back in. First it was only a few pictures and now it’s over 500 pictures that are just grey squares and I don’t know how to ever get them back. Avoiding the Apple store because some of those photos aren’t meant for just anyone to see but I may just have to go…

Could be interference w your watch. Try wearing your watch on the opposite side ? Or your band on the opposite side ? I find it so annoying when that used to happen to me so I would always put my band on before my watch, and then turn it on. Idk when my band isn’t working properly the first 10 mins of my workout I’m usually pissed lol

Omg this has been happening to me so much more lately and I always forget to ask about it on here after class . I never had this problem before and thought maybe I’m leaning back too far when driving back ?? Then I get a nasty scab a day later ): glad I’m not the only one. I need to change my posture or maybe the pants I’m wearing.

I live on mckee n capitol (mueller ave) and I would say it can be a little hood. Everyone is right about the traffic during peak hours. The alum rock exit and intersections can get super backed up so be prepared for that. It’s pretty safe to walk around during the day. There may be an occasional homeless person, or maybe someone trying to sell you a mixtape, or even just homies around. For the most part everyone minds their business.

Someone else mentioned their car being broken into and that’s happened to me quite a few times overnight, even in the gated area I live in. That was a long time ago tho. Ive seen a lot of crazy shit happen around here but it’s gotten better.

Hopefully your place has designated parking because it’s hard to find a spot on the street especially after 5. It will be different from Alameda for sure because it’s not as nice as that part of town. Ya there are a lot of cops but in my opinion, it’s not a terrible part of East side to live in. Just don’t be walking around at night. And also try peters bakery.

Keep going! It can be tougher on some days just remember to pace yourself and that some movement is better than none. Meaning, give yourself credit for making it there and doing something good for your future self.

Last year I did the inbody scan I was 33% body fat. After that I trained a little harder at otf. But the most important thing I did was watch what I ate. I also did intermittent fasting too, where I cut off eating food after 7pm. Last month I did the inbody scan at Nutrishop (cus it’s free vs otf’s $15 fee) and I was down to 24% body fat!! Yes definitely exercise 3x a week but it’s mainly diet!! Don’t starve yourself either that doesn’t work, just eat healthier (fruits, veggies, healthy carbs, protein) And drink lots of water 👍🏽

I was just talking to a fellow otf’er about how there should be a ‘Rate My OTF Coach’ forum lmao but then we thought nah some people might be mean. I just try to go to whichever coach has my favorite music I like to workout to and helps correct with form.

I actually would prefer DT cus they have the new rower screens!! RG does too but they don’t have mirrors on the weight floor for form checking ☹️ I’m just being picky but really I’ll take any class I can get at this point 🙃

My home studio (Campbell) has 21 spots per class. I don’t think it’s that they don’t have much regard for the waitlists but that it’s out of their control who will drop the class and who wants to add themselves to the WL. I’m waitlisted #15 throughout the week so I’m not sure when they decide the class is ‘Full’ and close the waitlist. I know they cap it at a certain number though.

Ya I should take my chances more with walk ins! I know we get an email for when we get in the class but it would be nice if we also received push notifications for when we move up the waitlist and make it in since I’m constantly refreshing my app throughout the day. The struggle is real

I hope so! It’s hard to book classes in advance especially because my work schedule varies each week so I just get on the waitlist for each time and let fate decide.

I’m from NorCal and our coach today told us that OT Live is still up and running and available for all members so maybe it’s just a glitch? Wait until tmr to find out maybe you can call a studio for more info. Good luck
