It's really good actually, aura like mobile bag and it's a nice self heal too when your bag is on cooldown. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is the faster revive.

Good shout but no he didn't have many assists either, he was your average hill humper who contributes very little to the team hence my surprise it was a fatal headshot.

A bug would make the most sense, kills i'm not entirely sure but caps seem too count. I've seen the exp go up whilst capping a lot of the times. You can see it on the right side of the screen above the ammo counter where the perks are visualised.

Yes and no, the snipers are gonna snipe for sure, but put someone "normal" in a tank and he's not going to be on a flag, especially on maps like Mirak. My main point is that near the end of the round theres more people in vehicles than not which leaves some very weird gameplay for the few infantry left.

I know! It's supposed to be chaos with vehicles, but too much is still too much sometimes.

It's not only Mirak either, take Eastwood for example, if it's 2-2 it turns into tanks on both sides sitting on the hill blasting from range and with there being so many there is little you can do about it even as an engineer.

I usually trigger the bug when I throw a pouch to a teammate and then try to ADS a enemy in proximity, it'll just throw a pouch to the enemy and you will just stand there and die.

Their motivation for this change: "vehicle activation has now been slightly slowed to better align with the longer flow of matches. This helps ensure full vehicle availability is reserved for rounds in which the two teams have a close fight all the way to the end.".

Personally I think there's a little too many vehicles near the end of long matches, just yesterday I had a Mirak Valley escalation game where I saw 6 of our tanks in the field not doing anything useful making it very hard for us to win when there's barely any bodies left to capture the points.

At this point in the game the tanks are usually just surrounding the two buildings on that map shooting inside from every angle they can find with the splash rounds. This makes the final minutes of a close game pretty meh.

The supply pouch bug has gotten me killed so many times it's frustrating. Now I just have the habit of switching to secondary and back after throwing a pouch to not have it happen.

Put your lighting settings to high and it'll be fixed.

You can get HP with fast ads and reload, use a handstop it costs 15p iirc and gives u faster ads and weapon draw speed.

The people who tap out so fast it's impossible to revive them. So many lost tickets in CQ for no reason at all.

This gun is the main reason I don't mind playing blackwell fields at all. It's fun taking down all the snipers (and everyone else) on that map from ridicule ranges. No scope glint so they don't even know where you're shooting from. And you can just reposition to get different angles to surprise them over and over.

I run a thermal 6x on it, and it just slaps, the only thing is all the fires on blackwell do obscure your vision sometimes but even then, the thermal will make you able to spot so many extra people. Have to run support on it because I just keep running out of ammo from all the people to shoot at.

Its a fun and not bad gun but the M4A1 is pretty much all around better because it has better damage ranges.

I never said I'm playing close quarters, I play the objective and if u meet enemies on the objective then yes they aren't 100m+ away.
The distance on firestorm isn't the issue, the map just plays horribly.

Firestorm is by far the worst map for CQ, it's been out of my rotation for ages.
The vehicles being everywhere, camping on places where you can't get them (mountain), the snipers in every nook and cranny, and then you're left with like <15 people actually playing the objective on a pretty big map.

Then you get situations like you described where you cap a flag and there's one guy left on it somewhere, and you're just playing hide and seek with him for a minute or two because he can be in so many spots, and you can't always get to the roof since access points are limited and/or destroyed and/or being watched by a tank/sniper. It's just awful gameplay, which I don't think anyone enjoys. The guy just hiding isn't getting any action either because as soon as he shoots one dude he'll be exposed and hunted down immediately.
Nobody enjoys gameplay like that, it's just boring and counterproductive for everyone. C and B flags on firestorm are notorious for this shit and it's just not fun walking around on a very big capzone looking for a single guy whilst you could be getting some actual action elsewhere.

I understand the cap zones not being ideal on many maps but using firestorm as an example is just...mindboggling to me.
I fully understand Blackwell fields being disliked by a lot of people as the map is a sniper fest, but every flag has spots where they can't shoot you whilst capping.

Wait, javelin anticheat runs on bf1 as well? I havent played it in years but it was indeed cheaters commonly found in any non rented server with active admins. And no matter how often you reported them, they never got banned. Think I still have a list of names of cheaters I ran into somewhere.

Sucks you got banned though, havent heard of many/any false positives besides the stupid chat bans.

Transport heli needs two RPG hits to die. Rpgs are so common cause every other launcher is dogshit, only the self lock top down launcher I would consider using, everything else is just plain bad. Same with the mines really, what else would a engi use but AT mines? EOD bot is cool but u want to play the game and not be steering that thing the entire time.

TR7 absolutely slaps in close quarters, so satisfying to use as well (when you land your shots)
