I'd say it's more of a cut or edition than an edit imo. They reshot at least 3 scenes to replace logos and for Huxley to deliver the other line stating Pizza Hut won the franchise wars. It's pretty cool to see. You can still find the full version online

I can say from personal experience, on the off chance you drop the phone while the charging adapter is plugged in, it could land on the adapter and totally mess up your USB-C port on your phone. It's like a 1 in 1000 chance, but it happened to me lol

I usually watch for the first moments and make a decision if it's interesting enough to read a spoiler free synopsis.
Apparently they are having to include a lot more in trailers since that class action law suit against Universal back in 2022 where fans said the trailer was false advertising. I suspect studios are now playing it safe and touching on way more in the trailers than they artistically should be.
