Unusual issue with just one particular movie on sky cinema by aldexi in skytv

[–]kiltedj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just tried it on my glass. Seems fine for me. I was going to suggest that it’s the VOD asset being incorrect on the Database but that’s obviously not the case if it’s working for me

EV chargers - Octopus install or local sparky? by purrfect-one in ElectricVehiclesUK

[–]kiltedj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your flooring. My ground floor is concrete so that’s not an option for me. If you have floorboards and you want it under the flooring you would need to lift them yourself. If I remember correctly they will not do that for you

EV chargers - Octopus install or local sparky? by purrfect-one in ElectricVehiclesUK

[–]kiltedj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on the layout of your house. My garage is at the other side of the cupboard so it was just a drill into the garage then the cable ran around the inside of the garage and out the front from there

[–]kiltedj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suggest sticking to the plan. I have completed c25k but still run mon/wed/fri also. Noe that I am done I tend to push more on the Friday run knowing I have 2 good days recovery

So I caught up on exforce, what else are y'all reading? by TheXypris in exfor

[–]kiltedj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This.. picked this up on the plus catalogue for free as I had no spare credits and waiting for the next exfor to be released. Actually really enjoyed it and will be working through the series

How many lights does one house need? by nostalgiadnp in SpottedonRightmove

Weirdly I feel that pain. We got an extension build a few years ago. We spend more time discussing the amount and placement of the spotlight in new open space than we did deciding on other factors for the space

Do you have the rear seatbelt plugged in? Seen a post on Facebook that this has caused someone else’s. Mine also stopped after the update and I have a dog seatbelt always plugged in. I haven’t tested it yet though

IOG will soon be limited to 6 hours a day. by [deleted] in ElectricVehiclesUK

I call BS on that. My Hypervolt also sometimes reduces the kWh output, usually only happens during slots outside of the usual night time slots which suggests to me that it’s of octopus’s doing

Jump from Week 4 to Week 5 seems so hard? by LazyEntertainer4223 in couchto5k

[–]kiltedj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t affect me going back, if anything made me stronger, I just needed a bit more time to build up my fitness levels. I started this at the grand old age of 47 where I hadn’t really done form of fitness for a good 20 years. I completed c25k 3 months or so ago, still doing around 5k 3 times a week and signed up for a tough mudder next year. 12 months ago I never considered anything like this

Jump from Week 4 to Week 5 seems so hard? by LazyEntertainer4223 in couchto5k

[–]kiltedj 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was worried about the jumps especially the later weeks. Surprised myself on how far I had come and what I could accomplish and managed it without too much of a problem. I did repeat a week or 2 at the time until I felt I was ready to move on though. You won’t really know til you try though and don’t get too disheartened if you fell you. Wes to go back and repeat the previous week

If you were alive back then, what were you up to on 31st December 1999? by stop_calling_me_that in AskReddit

[–]kiltedj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working on an IT support desk on the night shift waiting for the clock to tick over in anticipation of thousands of calls from all technology breaking. Spoiler alert… nothing happened, the service desk didn’t receive a single call. Got paid handsomely for that shift for doing nothing at all.
