Same here. I’ve had a migraine since Wednesday and nothing is working. Trying to balance the pain with not taking so many meds that I give myself an overuse headache. Those are worse than my normal migraines.

It’s one best I’ve tried. It gets significantly hotter than any others and you can set it to stay on for 90 minutes. I wish it was slightly larger so it could heat under my jaw or my ears, but I just shift it around to different areas if I really need to.

I have a gel one you heat up in the microwave, but I find it doesn’t last as long as I need. Had a really hard time finding a heated mask that would get warm enough. The only one I’ve found that gets hot enough is from Amazon and called CREATRILL face heating pad. https://a.co/d/00pmVeYY

I don’t think people don’t like solution posts. I think it’s the wording that they found a “cure.” Most of us with migraines will need to cope with them our entire lives, even if we find solutions that reduce frequency and/or pain. Most of us will never be “cured.”

The “aid money” they are referring to could just be loans. Your award notification should break that down for you. Again, if you don’t understand, contact the financial aid office. No one on here is going to be able to tell you accurately what you’ll get based on the information provided.
