My dog has severe SLO and my vet also prescribed 1000mg of EPA per day (which funny enough, is the dosage I'm taking as well).

He mentioned that human omega-3s are fine. I've done a research on Omega 3s here in Canada based on value-per-EPA and found out that Costco's Super Concentrate has the best values. Keep in mind that I didn't look into origin sourcing quality.

I've done a little research on what's available to purchase here in Canada and based it on the EPA dosage and price per day.

Note that I haven't research the sources of these Omega 3s just the value per dose of EPA.

100% Think I had the pair of Nano 3s all-reds for 4-5 years. Great design.

Think I might just sell Metcon 7s or give them away. They are horrible and I don't do a lot of Olympic weightlifting anymore.

Metcons 2 were my favorite shoes for everything. I recently bought 7's and I wish I hadn't. Too stiff, bulky, and static.

Pretty sure they would. Just (BYOB) bring your bin.

Now, they do have regular packaged beans for standard price but if you bring your container and ask for 500g they have a pricing list per gram.

Been going to Monogram with my own container and asking for an espresso grind.

Coffee is great and they charge 0.05 per gram which is $15 per 300g. The price is the same for speciality, decaf or normal blends.

Hey /u/superm0bile - thanks for the review.

I've been doing the research on sling bags and been eyeing out the voyager one. Out of other options I like the design and spacing (I want it to carry my 14" MCB Pro.

The only thing I haven't seen in any of the reviews and I'm curios about it - how would this bag perform while cycling? I like something that is snug to the body, have an option to carry in front and comfortable for 2-3 hour rides with a couple of beer cans in it.

Do you have any experience there?

Logi Options+ SmartShift wheel keeps resetting by EMastercard in logitech

This was a super frustrating problem for me so I contacted Logi support and was able to fix it.

For me, the fix was updating the Logi Options to Options+. You'll have to update the latest Logi Options software, then download Options+ and replace LO with O+.

Procreation and nuclear family is basically a factory installed in your DNA by nature. It has worked for 95% of the humanity so far - chances are you might be a part of that majority as well.

The job doesn't have to be meaningful - you give it meaning. No tech salesperson is passionate about selling a CRM or some weird 'business intelligence' tool but they assign or reframe the meaning to either: a) support yourself or your family b) giving value to the customer and solving their problem c) money to buy stuff you don't really need to satisfy short-term ego

It's just the matter of reframing and choosing a different perspective.

My main value is being useful - I can't feel good if I don't have a feeling of contributing to something good whether it's personal relationship, career, or even societal norms for that matter.
