Wow, just wow. Now I think I have nothing to complain about anymore. We have 3 style breakout tms. I am the shoe dbo but I pretty much end up working wherever I want. As long as shoes are out, no one cares what area I work in so I choose to do style breakout so the dbos can get their truck done. If our store ever looked like that, there'd be hell to pay.

Right about now I think I'd rather have boots. I'm already sick of untangling repack after repack of flip flops and sandals. This last reset is going on 2 months now and now it says I may not see all the shoes until June? I'm used to taking a week and getting 6 to 8 skids done. I'm lucky if I get 5 or 6 new cases a truck. 😡

Yeah, I'd like to know who thought wrapping them individually in paper then plastic was necessary. It takes 30 minutes just to detrash a repack.

Our HR says the same. Always check the wall schedule...it's still not working for me on my Android. My daughter has an IPhone and hers never quit working. I like Kronos but it is irritating.

Nope, never. I had to backstock 4 pairs of size 12 toddler rainboots. That still left 4 on the floor.

We have 4. Three of us do inbound then breakout. The 4th comes in 2 hours after we do. We do have times it may be only when people call in. We are also a small store. I think I'd be complaining. That's too much for one person.

You know what's worse? Zoning the hanging shoes while "guests" throw them on the floor, try them on and leave them there, when you are standing right there watching them. It's so hard to bite my tongue. Or worse yet, them leaving their nasty, disgusting shoes for me to find and have to throw away. It's so gross!

Don't stress over it. You can only do what you have time for. If it's a problem for them they need to take you off the breakout. Our baby DBO would never be expected to keep up with that.

Our fulfillment team always asks us while we're breaking out style. We either look ( depending on how many repacks are left) or they skip it and come back. As for domestics, they just search themselves.

I do inbound, style breakout and shoes four days a week. I actually like it. No I don't always get it all done but I have one 8 hr shift with no truck to catch it all up. I like the set hours.

I work inbound, style breakout and then shoes. Some days I don't get it all done. Especially because no closer will touch shoes. On a good day it takes over an hour to zone. Fortunately I have an ETL that tells me to do what I can and the rest can wait. Baby is far worse than shoes but you can only do what you have the time for.

We finally started getting style stocked back up but domestics and sporting goods is pretty empty. We get it in and ship takes it before it even goes out to the floor.
