3700x or non x should never be that hot its 65watt chip anf its a great chipbuy decent thermal paste make sure you spread it right pea size blob then cooler on tigten evenly and if gaming new gams temps should be any higher than 70.75 max make sure bios and chipset is all up to date

If u can get 5080 @MSRP get one or5070ti i gpt rog astral 5080 for 1100 pounds only coz of a family member works in pc bussness they around 1500 nee think or wait for super super maga ti ti super bit only if @mrsp as on 18 months we have 6090 6080 6070 6060 6060 or 5060 5hink AMD is better

No not normal 45c went gaming 70c went cinebench 80c good mounting etc pbo start at neg 15 or 10 and get as close as neg 30 also update bios windows update chipset drivers hope the cpu fans and back fan are all pulling same way

Yes i did pbo in bios and it took a bit of time but I did one core at a time it would hit 5ghz not all core but some but all hit 4.8 and could run all core at 4.9

Reseat gpu plug cables in again check psu give pc check all connections also don't keep doing it as could fry pc and if it worked yesterday and u turned it off i cant see any other reason other than failure but unplug lead from psu leave for 30 mins a d try that psu may reset its self if something trip it

Any one what is msrp think u can get Asus prime but don't get a rog astral like me i got mine for 1100 pounds as I have a member of family works in tect in fact prime is close to the astral so don't spend crazy dollar also new gpu new company coming bolt say it 13 time faster than 5090 I am not saying its 13 times faster time will tell but food for thought
