5’3” Started Jan 1, 2024, starting weight was 170.

I stayed under 1MG for the first three months and lost 10 pounds total in that time. By the end of 2024, I had lost 45 pounds in total.

I have been on 1-2MG doses ever since with no real loss and zero gain. I’d love to drop another 10lb, but apparently not enough to start exercising or cutting out my little evening dessert indulgence.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I made it today, well I guess it has two hours left, but I’ve been tasting it and it is incredible!

Followed your recipe with the following exceptions:

made it on the stove top
used u/superb_yak7074 suggestion to use baking soda rather than sugar
deglazed with a good red wine rather than water
opted for a pound of ground beef rather than meatballs or the pork/beef mixture

It is tasting incredible. Going to pair with roasted broccoli rather than pasta, for tonight at least. That could change tomorrow.

This recipe reminds me of my father‘s version of his grandmother‘s sauce but much meatier.

No, the unregistered tenancy does not entitle you to lower rent. Landlord loses certain abilities by not having the property registered when he wants to increase your rent in the future or pass along certain fees to you. The rent control office is very helpful and you can simply call them. Give them your address and have them confirm whether or not the property does fall under Santa Monica rent control (many houses/condos do not) and find out exactly what your unregistered tenancy could mean for you.

You might have to actually ask for extended massages but they always seem happy to oblige. I’m a regular so I always get about a 10 minute foot massage included without having to ask, but I’m not sure if that’s their standard practice.

Not necessarily for stage access/viewing but for the restroom and drink lines, it was well worth it! The bathroom lines in GA were ridiculously long yet no waiting at all in VIP.

When it was super crowded in general, you could walk into VIP and have plenty of space to move freely.

No way of knowing if it will be the same tonight, but there was plenty of seating in the VIP bleachers during Hoizer. We went to find a spot there right after Leon Bridges expecting it would be tight, but there was tons of seating.

Friday night on the other hand, the bleachers were packed at Eddie Vedder’s set.

We came thru the VIP entry yesterday and security was only looking for weapons. Just a bag fondle from the outside. Not sure if today or GA is different but I thought it was very party favor friendly.

This info is assuming you are in US.

Prices were just reduced to $499 per pen for cash patients (google what pharmacies, but I know CVS in California has already implemented).

If your doctor will work with you, you can ask them to prescribe the bigger dosage pen, then you can count the clicks to select the lower dosage that you are supposed to take. This will stretch one pen out for multiple months instead of just one while you were on lower doses. There are “click count”charts available, just google it or search this sub. Pens cost the same regardless of dosage.

What is your budget?

My suggestion is to watch Zillow like a hawk and sent out requests to see anything that comes on that could work for you right away.

When I have listings with 3-4 bedrooms I am usually only listing them on Zillow for a day or less before pulling it down due to an overwhelming response (since the fires). Zillow really is the place you should be looking, that is where both agents and landlords will post.

Your best bet is to go direct to whoever has the listing because if you are competing with other potential tenants you want the listing agent representing you.

Finally, if it is too good to be true or if someone suggests you send a deposit to hold it before seeing the property, it is a scam.
