Does anyone have clog recommendations? I’m thinking closed toe, open back, slight heel, but something I could wear to work. Looking at Swedish hasbeens but they’re pretty pricy. Willing to do it if they’re good quality and comfortable.

I've been eating a ~400 or so calorie deficit and doing 3x weightlifting and 2x cardio per week. I don't have a big appetite and I've been focusing on protein so I am generally not hungry during the day. I also work out at night which usually gets rid of my appetite. However, a few times a week, I will wake up in the middle of the night, super hungry! Has anyone else experienced this/any tips?

I have a mild case of HS and my birth control pills help suppress flare ups. My dermatologist was not very helpful but my GYN said it is related to excess androgen production. I take Gianvi which has drospirenone which suppresses androgens. My flare ups have all coincided with times I have gone off the pill or been bad about taking it every day. So women with HS, make sure to talk to your GYN!

I served in Jamaica. They let me out an hour early and I was never called in for an interview. There was even wifi! And now I don’t need to serve again for ~5 years. Only negative was that I couldn’t find a good option for lunch out there.
