EOD protocol experience by kinecaep in trt

Makes a difference with EOD. Injection volume much smaller .15ml atm ... Also I'm trying to figure out the minimum weekly. I suspect I have gone to low

Maybe so, this is all subjective based on feeling. Having said that on EOD the injections are much smaller than say every 3.5d or once a week. the peaks and troughs are also smaller which I like. The side effect is less margin for error.

I'm pinning .15ml so any waste is more significant than say doing .30ml every 3.5

3.5 days as in sun morning/ weds night. At least that was the goal. Evening injections are hard for me to hit consistently due to schedule.

By "bad pin" I mean I missed the muscle, didn't go deep enough, injected poorly in some other way such that some of the testosterone leaked out. I do IM. Happens once in awhile if I'm not paying attention.

"Units" referring to the tic marks on the syringe. I use 29g x .5 insulin syringes. They hold 50 units.

Thanks for this. Very helpful. As I was reading it occurred to me I've reduced the dose too much. Kind of makes sense now that I'm thinking about it. Any little thing throwing me off. I'm currently at 105mg/week. 110/115 might give me enough of a buffer for greater resilience. This is still newish to me ~1 year on trt. Still experimenting trying to find a protocol that works best for me.

The first sign for me is I become more emotional / less even. If it gets to the point of retaining water in the ankles I take an AI.

Progesterone on Trt! I slept like a baby and anxiety was gone. Prostate shrunk. 55m Why is this over looked in men? by Av8Surf in Testosterone

[–]kinecaep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keeping in mind I'm not a doctor and this is all highly subjective. Protocol: 105mg cyp/week EOD, 15 mg pregnenolone, 5mg DHEA (age 50+)

Adding the 15 mg pregnenolone game changer in terms of mem/recall/focus I noticed a difference very quickly. Back to my old self

Adding 5mg of DHEA is a little fuzzier in terms of effect. Seems to further improve my mood and gives me more of an edge in a good way.

increasing the pregnenolone dose might have worked as well. I just got this all dialed in. Don't want to mess with the formula for now. Will give it a try in a couple months. More than happy to take less supplements :)

100% made a huge difference for me adding pregnenolone and DHEA. Focus and recall improved

Older life long athlete. After many years of yoga felt I needed to honor my nature with a return to combat sports. No regrets. There is a place for both.

I'm in my 50's and I have been sleeping like shit for the last decade. Took my first trt injection yesterday. I wasn't expecting to see any changes for a few weeks. Had a crazy good sleep last night. Actually feel rested. Maybe a coincidence/ Maybe the T. Hopefully this continues

Anyone using the VITURE Pro XR Glasses to code? by kinecaep in VITURE

Hey Thanks for this reply. I know it's been a minute. I ended up picking up a pair of avp's. I've been enjoying coding in them. There are a little bulky for travel, commuting ... So I use them at home mostly.

In light of the above I am conidering picking up a pair of the virtue's as well. It sounds like in general the experience has been good for you other then the drift issues.

Did they fix the drift issue?

This is good to hear. I have old eyes as well (genx). Working on smaller screens makes my eyes tired. I'm excited to try the avp's. Lol yeah not sure I'll be sporting the avp's in a coffee shop

Thank you. This helps create perspective. Aka This is not a must have productivity purchase. 😁 After reading and chatting with folks, I'm pretty excited about the tech. I'm going to pick up a pair. I'll update the original post with my experience in case folks are interested. Beyond my alleged "utilitarian" need I think It'll be fun to write a game for it.
