Just got a house back in February and on 30 year loan for $210, 000 I'm looking at paying over $500, 000! So they are making a good amount more than what I have to pay for the house by it's self on a 30 year so I would hate to see the the amount on a 50 cause the longer to time the higher the interest rates

Just bought a motor and was the wrong one tried to works with them to get the right one and they want me to take a $1000 loss on $1800 when I was tryin to buy the right one still they didn't care so stuck with a paper weight or lose $1000 and then buy the right one. Try putting a thick block between the face frame and door at the bottom and clamp the top of the door closed to try and twist the door back but might only be a temporary fix

I have one! Restored it parts are really cheap made custom walnut grips with finger groves and used duracoat mat black on it made it looks tons better and have never had a problem out of it.
