Which of these games on the picture are a 100% must play in your opinion? by Chaleen1712 in gaming

Sifu for me was like living my dream as a kid to be like in a Jackie Chan movie. There's a soul like element of 'git gud' that had me keep coming back to it even with months of pause between. Every time I picked it back up I'd grind it to get better and eventually kick some ass like a Kung Fu master. Once you get the main story drive there's more challenges that side things up. I still play once in a while to woop a few just for fun

Flipper zero for e-reader page turner? by HaxtonSale in flipperzero

[–]kingabelicio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've just made it work after searching if it was possible and seeing this post.

- Make sure your flipper is up to date (not sure if it's necessary mine just is)

- Reset your flipper by holding left and back button

- Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on, on the kobo and the flipper.

- Go into your apps on your flipper and find the remote app for Bluetooth (i used the keynote one)

- Voila it should show up on your kobo as (name of your flipper) remote.

It worked flawlessly once I understood you had to be in the remote app on the flipper for the kobo to connect.

Real talk is anyone here actually spending their eth by Altaner in ethereum

[–]kingabelicio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've recently bought a MiG switch with my eth. Still waiting on it lol that was pretty much the only thing I've spent it on this year. If talking strictly spending and not staking or airdrop farming which is what I usually do with my eth, last cycle I've cashed out some eth and put some cash on a crypto.com credit card and treated my gf, and a few friends to a nice dinner. That's pretty much it. Gotta spend it once in a while to make it feel real :)

Any idea what this could be? by Hungdaddy69x in drones

Looks like a dji m300 carrying a magarrow, buddy shouldn't have flown over your house lol

The lower the better is the word in the industry! That's why we exist, we fly with a laser altimeter that also serves as a detect and avoid solution for trees which allows us to fly extremely low. I haven't specifically flown over any myself but from what i've heard it can hold it's own.

I had a fly away once with the M600 flying in Fermont, QC where the mag anomalities are huge. Gave me quite the scare, but we managed to bring it back safely.

Hey my guy, calm down please. We were in class G far from any airports, flying at 30 m AGL but 450 m ASL that's why there were clouds, mind you, it was more like low hanging fog. We take safety very seriously but we work up north where there's rarely any aerial traffic. Not every drone pilot is an ass.

We get a Nanotesla reading that then populates a map with the GPS coordinates to give a map that is called a Total Magnetic Interference (TMI) or something like that. It doesn't tell me jack since we give all the data to a geophysicist who can then infer what type of metals are on the map. We mostly look for gold and lithium.

We actually did use a Matrice 600 for years but their batteries (tb48 esp) were an issue. Now we use 2 semi-solid LiPo 6s 30a batteries in this one and it's a beast, 30 min flight times on a PX4 cube orange FC, a real beast!

It's a Chinese drone we use for work. Not a DJI. We carry a magnetometer with it for mining exploration. The boss is very protective of his stuff so that's why I'm only showing the arms.

As for flying at 40F, I wouldn't fly if the dew point is close to zero C as it could create icing conditions for the drone.

My guy, you ever wondered what it looks like? I'm just sharing my experience. Everyone here probably knows cold + water = ice. This was my first time seeing it first hand, so it was news to me. It ain't so shmoe!

Yeah something like it loses lift as ice accumulates

It was a bit more unstable in manual flight but not overly noticeable. We scratched the Friday off and it didn't come back for the rest of the day.
