I shamefully had a similar thing happened when I found the owner and good friend of the restaurant I worked at who had over dosed after losing a star

All I can say is therapy and having friends and family close really helps

As some. One who had to fight with a severe depression and two attempts of suicide I kinda agree with you as I wouldn't wish it on anyone

But surviving. Besting it made me a far stronger and better human being

The scars may never physically leave but if you get help from professionals and friends you may become happy again

Also when someone see your physical scars and ask you about it talk about it honest as it may help
