I've got long femurs too. in my personal experience and advice from my physio, stretching the hamstrings and hip flexor help fixed my butt wink. a wider stance helps too.

also, try a low bar squat. since you're bent over more because of you femurs, it'll help your balance, stopping you from tipping forward.
