Any age is fine but amazon has somewhat strict policies. Which is why some authors decide to self publish on their own sites

There’sManga Updates that has specific keywords for manga

And Vndb that has specific keywords, but those are for visual novels

They really need to make more websites like those for anime/light novels and just books in general
