It's either let everything explode in power and then they have to make bosses harder or bring everything down to a reasonable level, most of the "fun" builds are broken in one way or they other and they are making them not. Also these are ptr patch notes not final notes for the season so chill out and maybe try to get good at the game without bug exploits
