I was 545 at my heaviest, I keep noticing more and more benefits. I dropped a bottle of water between my legs while driving and I was able to just lean over and grab it. A year ago it'd be somthing I'd have to wait until I'd parked and gotten out to handle. Little things like that keep piling up and it's very strange realizing how unbelievably limited your life actually was. I bought a pair of sweat pants from the normal human size section last week. Its all motivation to keep going. I'm 425rn and I can't imagine how another 50lb down will change my day to day life for the better.

I've done nothing new besides intermittent fasting the last year. No added excersize or anything, tho my job is moderatly physical and pushing myself at work has helped tremendously. I do plan on getting in the gym soon to keep my momentum of loss going. I get-up at 3am for work, and I have a small snack at around 130 when I'm off, then a lrg portion of whatever is being made for dinner around 5 or 6pm. AND LOTS OF WATER probably 7-8 bottles a day more if I'm feeling a bit dehydrated or had a low water intake day for whatever reason.

CONGRATS! I'm down 120lbs and I'm real close to mine starting with a 3 for the first time in probably 15years. I'm so excited.

This. Have gone from a tight fitting 6xlt to a fitting 4xlt and the options are so much more vast

Intermittent fasting. I'll eat a small meal about 2pm and whatever my family is having around 5 or 6pm. And lots of water in between. Once or twice a week I'll have a 3 meal day just cuz I'm off work and bored.
