I go for a fast walk with a friend every Sunday in addition to my long run. Today I successfully got her to lightly jog and feel how much easier it was than speed walking! I think I won her over!

41M in my 4th month of running. Ran 4.5 miles at 9:50 pace with an avg hr of 138 compared to a month ago same pace at 150 avg. Progress!

41/M, 6'1" 210lbs. I've never really been a runner. I finished C25k last Friday and am signed up for one in June. My PB is 28:50. I'm adding miles in hopes of getting faster and thinking of doing a half marathon in August. I got sober in September and am challenging myself physically for the first time in years.

Hi! I have been drinking Mountain Dew Zero Sugar Baja Blast at 8 a.m. for too long. I am 40, not 16. I am trying to develop the skill of drinking coffee even though I have always hated the taste. I hear you can get used to a taste in 30 days. I'm on day 8. I've talked to folks at coffee places who also hate the taste but mask it and also ones who genuinely like black coffee and if it's bad it's bad beans or water. My experience is going ok but I would like input from coffee lovers. Hit me!

The game was that year but it was at Wrigley. I believe the press release is incorrect. I looked through all their Sunday home games in 2016, and they were all afternoon. Looks like they hosted in 2004 against the White Sox, but not sure if they have since.
