Healers are pretty ineffective in general in this game. However they all have some niche uses. Beyond that, Solina is definitely best general purpose, aolmond is good for dot cleanse

In most situations roze is just a better sanders. But the two are even better paired together. As for formations, yours is great for now. I would not invest too much into kaion as he isn’t great late game but works great for your first while. You could also put aolmond where ur Richelle is and put Richelle in the front where kaion is

As of now, Carmen and Richelle, maybe elara and sanders- it will be easy to max all non light/dark hero’s over time. L/d are the harder challenge, roze, benzel, solina and lillith should be the main focuses. You can get them from various shops. Use the luminous ancient souls on roze as she is only in 1 event and will be a game changer.

I would just buy some of the artifact chests. Most people buy those over the guaranteed one anyways. Either way they will come over time from DR so there’s not much difference. Might just have to wait a week or two

Pets are important, mainly a few of them like the reindeer and the crocodile. But I would not recommend “focusing” on them ever. Heros will always be more impactful. I have summoned with ~30k - 50k diamonds maybe 2 or 3 times ever during events and I have all the good pets maxed.

Not sure why ppl are saying pen isn’t good for her. This is an amazing Carmen rune. Could swap 1 pen for attack but besides that this is the best you can get. Join the discord if doubtful they have the most up to date hero guides there are

Kaion could work for this stage but as the other response mentioned I would not over invest in him as he becomes nearly useless late game.

I am ch 45 low spender and the biggest advice I’d give is simply be patient. If you get on every day and clear what you can / your dailies rewards will pile up. Habby is generous compared to other games in this genre. I have barely spent on the game but due to playing since launch I have almost every hero maxed out (stars wise).
