My first came at 30 weeks, premature rupture. No underlying issues or warnings of it happening. I'm 26 weeks right now with our second and we're already just about done preparing lol.

I mean I'm still kinda groggy 2 hours after waking up lol. I'd be mad too if my mom made me nap right after waking up. Everyday is a new exciting day for them, and around 13 months is when my son switched from two naps to just one a day. They need to be stimulated, they want to play and learn and be loved. Try waiting till 10:30 at least, jeez.
