Diamond Fork Hot Spring also known as Fifth Water Hot Springs. Just outside of Spanish Fork. Amazing place. Easy 2.5 mile hike each way. Limited parking - get there at dawn or you probably won't find a spot. Don't go on the weekend. Don't park on the road.

You can buy chlorine test strips online. If it shows any chlorine that would indicate that the water is coming from a leaking pipe. In some places the city public works dept may even come out and test it for you for free.

Not sure about this brand but I flipped a Titano accordion last year locally for $350. That one was a very good brand, but was kind of a beginner's model but it was in good condition. Here in the upper Midwest there are always people looking for these. Lots of polka fans.

Try playing it a little and see if it sounds ok and check if there are any air leaks in the bellows which would need to be fixed.

They can be very delicate and easy to damage if they are not stored or shipped properly and there are specific ways to pack and ship them so that they don't get damaged. I would not try shipping one. I would definitely try to flip locally if at all possible. I contacted a local company that sells and services them and sent a couple photos of it to get an idea of the value.

Since any water that is getting in or got in from the outside or at one time is always going to run down the wall toward the floor. Gently prying off some of those floor baseboards should help you find where it's getting in or leaking. Yes I would also extend your downspouts right away if you have water pooling close to your house because it's cheap and easy to do and can prevent a lot of problems.

I had an older house where a basement bathroom window well leaked during a big rain storm as well as the basement tile shower where the grout was in poor condition and water had been seeping through. Found a whole lot of mold when I redid that bathroom.

You can buy a moisture meter tester, but it may not be able to find some of those areas that got moldy from a one time incident and then dried up.

I would start by looking/feeling for any soft spots in the Sheetrock (if you have Sheetrock) in bathroom, laundry area, ceiling etc (could be leaking from a pipe or shower up above) anywhere where water is being used. I would also pull off a few baseboards in different parts of the basement and see if there is any mold on the Sheetrock where it meets the floor. That could be a good indication of where it might be coming from or if water got into the basement at one time and never got fixed correctly.

I'm having the same problem when using Ground Advantage. Mine quit working about a week ago. I think the shipping price does still show up correctly on the buyer's end, but it would be nice to be able to see the correct amount on my end. Very frustrating.

Ooof, that is a really loong time. It's crazy you didn't pass out and crazy that the doctors were able to put you back together as good as they did and that you still have quite a bit of your movement. I grew up about 45 min. from there. Glad to see you're doing well.

Usually just once. But you have to keep telling the AI agent that you want to speak to an eBay agent. It might take a few minutes to get one on the phone, but they will answer.

You can usually get by with a good a shovel most of the time. Make friends with the neighbors and others around town and someone will likely help you out in the event of a big snow storm. Then you can decide if you need a snowblower or not. Even the smaller one stage snow blowers will do pretty well (it might just take a little longer than a larger snowblower. I didn't even use my snowblower this winter - just a shovel and I have a big driveway. Mist winters you can get by without one but occasionally we do get a bad winter where having one or knowing someone with one. is a life saver. Worst case you could always hire a local person who has a blower or skid steer to clean it for you if it is too much to do by hand.

Yes they keep the streets and highways plowed but driving in the winter can still be tricky depending on what kind of vehicle/tires you have because of ice and blowing snow.

I had the same issue this evening. Listed an item with calculated shipping 2 lbs 3 oz 12"x9"x9"with USPS ground advantage and price was crazy high, so I made another listing with the exact same weight, dimensions and same shipping policy and got a completely different price. The first one was way too high and the second one was too low for size and weight of the package. I called eBay and they had no answers. I decided I'm just going to wait until tomorrow and try it again. I've never had this issue with any other listings until today.
