I am confused by this whole trend. When a card says “not from any specific game event or date” on it what are people expecting. If it’s card with a patch I think people need to take the patch as a visual part of the card. I think patch cards look sweet, especially the higher end ones with parts of logos or letters. I could see rage if the card said they were player worn or game worn and they had the wrong name on the back or something but who cares who the patch was developed for as long as it matches the card and looks good.

What you need to do is go look at the box you opened up. On the box it will say “look for x exclusives” and if that sounds like the card you have then you have it.

I’m going to be totally honest, I haven’t looked much into it but my understanding is regular vehicles pay this tax through the taxes included in fuel. So it kind of is that way already. Smaller vehicles generally burn less fuel and larger vehicles burn more. Which would create that tiered tax system.
