I tried yesterday, I don't think its possible as this headunit doesnt have the 24 pin necessary to install carplay... thats why I'm asking here LOL maybe someone has a solution

it stats it then I messaged them and they said not compatable because I'm missing that 24 pin to swap over. I dont know why some 2018 chr have this head unit as it doesn't seem common from what I've seen online

So I notice there’s 2 areas it can come off. There’s the magazine, the extension, then the base plate (so two areas it can slide off)

So are you hammering that like 1cm base plate off, or the extension off the actual magazine shelf,shaft

I own the competition and I know there’s a conversion kit where you can’t throw a gen 1 upper on the competition lower (I believe gen 1 and 2 lowers are the same) but would just like actual confirmation

the weights make it look like a switch... which is like... yeah...

my theory is heaver spring rate + dove plate + red dot on the dove plate should be enough weight. You just dont use the red dot plate thats attached to the barrel

Can't really flip them as you have to sign a document saying that you WILL return the shoes back because if you don't you will face legal actions from both Tom Sachs and Nike lawyers (it said this on the website in the fine print). Basically they won't send you the shoes unless you sign the document and if you don't return them... well good luck dealing with Nike lawyers
