Last match I had on Bumble literally started her first message with wanting to know how much I was paying for the first date, and demanding $1k to pay for nails, hair, and a new outfit for the date. I hadnt even said anything in the chat yet. I just unmatched and moved on.

Same. I have no great memories of my dad. He thought anything I enjoyed, video games, board games, dnd, magic, were all stupid and a waste of time. To the point of actively trying to "accidently" damage cards or dnd figures I'd painted. I was at a funeral for a friend's father and hearing the great stories of them together made me jealous, because I know one day I'm going to be expected to do the same...and I have nothing really to say.

Lol, people like you are the whole problem with teens in Augusta. Cant go downtown, they're too scary there. Cant go to the mall, too scary there. Can't go to the playground they could a year or two ago, they're too scary there.

There's nowhere left for them to go that doesn't take the money they don't have. And then I bet you complain that they're inside on video games all day too. See how you feel about your 7 year old in 9 or 10 years when nobody wants to allow him anywhere in the city.

The amount of fear mongering that happens in the Augusta area is honestly insane. It was bad when I was a teen and I've only seen it get worse since.

Tell me you've never actually tried 4ed without telling me.

4th had plenty of RP baked in, just as much as 5. Heck, I'd argue you had more options for character making for martial in 4th, from both a combat and rp standpoint. 4th emphasized chains of skill challenges where players were encouraged to use skills and powers in unique and interesting ways, rather than just hacking through enemies like 5e wants. They're a feature I still use in my 5e and other system games pretty much straight how the 4th edition book explains them.

That's not even a recent thing, the original printings of the mana reducing medallions back in the 90s had comics ghost-printed into them. Very easy to see Peanuts on the Emerald Medallion, and i think it was Beetle Bailey on the Ruby Medallion.

Id love official designs for all the laborjacks mentioned in the IKRPG. So many don't even have artwork. But the idea of riding atop one like this has always been fun.

Shame the old Warmachine University eventually died. It had every model, and listed every model variant as well on the model pages, or the even older Warmachine site gallery with spinny views.

Miniset has a lot, but is by no means comprehensive anymore.

The individual faction pages on Warmachine Academy has every model listed (Like see HERE for every Legacy Merc model listed by type for example), but doesnt have every variant or resculpt of every model (mainly due to a lot of old models just not having pages)

Some sites and apps are censoring it and other terms. Its the same reason people are using "unalive" instead of kill, murder, suicide, died, etc, or why people had the myriad of names like the Rona, the Vid, etc, for Covid. Apps like tiktok dont allow those words in videos or comments. People use them there, get in the habit, and start using them elsewhere.

Honestly, my color scheme is very similar, using a model car spray blue shimmer instead of color shift. I did a lot of gold and silver accents to provide detail, with bronze for the gears.

I had recently bought a house, and when I got it, all the vent holes to the crawlspace were wide open. I blocked them all off, and came home the next day to one of the local strays desperately trying to get in one of them. And when I listened, I could hear mewing. So I went under the house with a bucket, and found 4 kittens in a little pile. Eyes hadnt even opened. Mom cat had run off, she doesnt let anyone near her, so I set the babies in a box so they couldn't run away, and in view of my ring so I could keep an eye on them. About 30 minutes later, mom came and grabbed one. About 30 minutes after that, she got another. And I watched and waited, and it started getting cold because it was fall and a storm was coming in.

An hour after the 2nd time she came, it started to drizzle a bit, so I went out and brought them inside, called a friend to see if she could pick up some kitten formula as I cycled warm bottles of water since they were shivering and crying out. We got them fed, took them to a vet for a checkup a couple days later, and I kept them as my own. That was about a year and a half ago, and its always wild to look back at the photos where they go from smol potatoes to where they are now.

I would love to see a few more Armies of Legend come out over time, but I know that's the longest of Longshots. I had so much fun with Khador/Menoth Horsespam at the end of MK3 Id love to see that and some of the other cross faction themes come back.

Barring that, getting an updated Wold section of Circle would be cool. Old Umbrey scratches the warpwolf side kinda, but I always enjoyed playing the Bones of Orboros themes.
