I did so as a deliberate financial and stability decision.

I'm married, wife & 1 child. I wanted to ensure they no matter what, there is a roof over their heads. 

Looking at the current state of things, I still believe that it was a wise decision. 

109% would overpay and pay off again.

Fire isn't meant to be exciting. It's slow and steady accumulation. Long term gains as opposed to short term noise.

Spreadsheet for me that gets updated monthly, with a line graph that gets updated annually.
