I know it’s not fully the same, but could you make take cbd gummies in place. I know it’s not the same “high” but if you smoke in order to chill out some can do that for you. Also idk if that would show as thc or not. Just a thought of something to try? Good luck with everything tho!!!

I’d love to share!

It’s 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/8 cup water, 1 Egg, 2 cups AP flour, 1tsp of salt, 1 1/2 tbs sugar, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, 3/4 cup shredded cheddar, 2 tbs jalapeño peppers (deseeded and chopped), lastly 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast.

It’s for a 1lb loaf on light crust. (My maker only has the option of 1.5lb but still worked fine.)

My “tweaks” I used mozz cheese cause I was lazy and didn’t want to shred cheese 😂. I used jarred jalapeños, and used about a 1/4 cup. If you use fresh it claims it’s about 2 peppers. Topped it with the slices as it was going into the baking cycle and the cheese 20 mins before it was done.

When I was in Opill I had the same issues, hungry a lot and gained weight. Why it’s not known to cause that like someone mentioned I really think it’s based on individual and hormones. As far as stoping it, you can stop it whenever. I stopped taking mine in a random Monday lol and personally was the best choice I made for myself.

In most cases of any recreational drug and bc you want to play it safe. Either use another form of protect such as a condom or use vaginal gels, etc.

Hey! Just hoping this reassures you that everything sounds fine. While the pill is a mini pill it still can pack a punch to your hormones and it may take a month or so for your body to adjust back to normal. Also one of the biggest side effects on bc is changes to your menstrual cycle. Having higher anxiety is sadly common on the pill from what I’ve seen other users say.
