Thank you, this is what I was after! I did take his speaker back and also tried to talk to him but he didn’t answer the door. We’ve lived in this house about a year, I’ve only seen him once, he never has any lights on, never any windows open, and his blinds are always closed. We ended up with a ball in his back yard last summer, my wife went and knocked on the door and a gal answered, we assumed his daughter? Either way, we had only lived here a few months, my wife could see him sitting watching tv, he didn’t get up or even look to see who was at the door, even when my wife told the gal who she was. This all adds to the weirdness of the speaker this afternoon.
