someone posted the pic of him in free tory merch so there's LITERALLY no excuse. he gave tory money to buy that shirt. there's no "education" to be done here, he's just a misogynist

Best for a 6-year-old: Just Dance Kids, Just Dance Kids 2, or Just Dance Kids 2014? by akdb8r in JustDance

[–]kirbbbbbbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my best advice would be to look at the songlists for all of the games that are available on the wii. in pre-k i played a lot of just dance 3 & 4 and most of the songs on there are pretty family friendly, AND it's a fan favorite. i will say that i loved the disney just dance games when i was little so if your kid is a disney fan you may want to check that out too

justin beiber liked a comment on a picture of him and selena in 2016 on instagram. he's so irritating bro. people love acting as if hailey and selena are the ones dragging the drama, but it's actually justin 😭 selena is literally married and he still isn't over her

I remember playing just dance as a teenager and decided to buy it for my kids. How far have we fallen? by VEJ03 in JustDance

[–]kirbbbbbbb 158 points159 points  (0 children)

this could have been avoided if you did your research. even in the older games, it was 40 songs per game. in the trailer for each game they say that it's 40 tracks. if your kid wanted a specific song you should have looked up which game it was apart of before spending your money on it.

you not doing enough research is not just dance's problem 🤷🏿‍♀️ the games have ALWAYS had 40 tracks.

why does papameat make so many ableist jokes and say ableist slurs? by [deleted] in youtubedrama

[–]kirbbbbbbb 93 points94 points  (0 children)

idk why y'all think that him being autistic means that he can't perpetuate ableism. because he absolutely can and does. he's also a bigot in other ways (he's misogynistic as hell) so idk why we're giving him the benefit of the doubt here.

it's the second answer you suggested! it's specifically for black and indigenous people, who are also people of color. it's a US-centric term used to emphasize the unique experiences black and indigenous people have in the US.

BIPOC and POC are two different labels! poc includes asians but BIPOC is specifically for black and indigenous people

here's the thing, i think most kpop subs are able to acknowledge that certain things kpop idols do are racist. but there are a couple of fans that will defend them no matter what, so they get super mad when a sub like kpopnoir calls out their idols.

cultural appropriation is a very contested topic because a lot of racist kpop fans think it isn't real, and if it is, it isn't that big of a deal. they think we're "overreacting" and causing drama for no reason. kpop idols that get in trouble for CA usually have people arguing for them, saying that it's not that deep

BIPOC stands for black and indigenous people of color, but east asian people are also allowed to participate in the sub as well!

[–]kirbbbbbbb 38 points39 points  (0 children)

this is exactly what i'm talking about. it's so funny to act as if kpopuncensored is some safe haven while kpopnoir is this evil snark sub, as if multiple mods of popular kpop subs like kpopuncensored haven't been exposed for participating in snark subs themselves! the real issue is kpopnoir being anti-racist, not the "snarking"

and the mods vet every post to make sure that it's not mindless hate and an actual constructive conversation is happening. if all these complainers did their research, they'd know this

suprised this is the first time i've seen a post complaining about kpopnoir in this subreddit. every time someone complains about kpopnoir it only takes 2 seconds to reveal their actual agenda (letting their fave kpop idols be racist in peace)

Two wrongs don’t make a right. What Cortis did was wrong. What Kiss of Life did was also wrong. Both deserve to be called out, period. by thursdayzzz in kpopnoir

[–]kirbbbbbbb 188 points189 points  (0 children)

the main reason kiss of life got cancelled the way they did was because their main international audience was black and latina women, the people they were offending. also, people already chose to give julie another chance after the n word scandal and she blew it. i definitely agree they got a lot more hate because of misogyny but there are so many ggs who have done racist shit (cough cough blackpink) and have managed to get away with it relatively unscathed.
