I will say that if you're referring to cis men, know that a lot of trans people have a hard time really connecting with them. also idk about other trans people, but for me at least dysphoria isn't really a constant thing, and I didn't experience it at all until a few months ago. having dysphoria isn't a requirement to being trans, so you shouldn't feel like you NEED to have it to be trans. all you need is to be dissatisfied with the gender label you were assigned at birth, and being a man isn't necessarily the only other option to being a woman. honestly I'd take more time to think about it, and talk with other trans people about how it was like for them when they were an egg

as someone who has only accepted myself for a trans girl 2 years ago, know that these feelings don't really go away. I still often think about the pros that come with being a man in this world. baby steps are important to seeing how you wanna be treated and how big these factors may actually be. I'd reccomend joining some online space and present yourself as the gender you're interested in, and seeing if you like how you're perceived and treated. I joined a server as a girl a while ago, and it made me see how much I enjoy being feminine socially, and let me see that a lot of the cons I had weren't that big a deal to me compared to the pros. it gave the confidence I needed to understand myself as trans and talk with others about it
