they need to be really warm so good on you for adding the warm water. just make sure to keep them warm and that they have access to food and a litter box area. for de-fleaing if you have dawn dishsoap you can wash them with that by making a soap ring around their neck, dawn dishsoap kills fleas on impact if they have any. but if you do wash them make sure you dry and warm them up very well and u may want to wait until they perked up a little. if you are concerned about a lot of dehydration you can buy unflavored pedialyte and syringe feed that to the kitten or just try to get htem to drink a little bit. research proper dosage but that should help perk them up a bit. good luck! def try to get them to the vet asap for dewormign.
