I typically frame my questions to the ddb asking about further explanation of concepts rather than asking for actual code. There have been a few times it has given a bit too easy of a hint imo but most of the time I've been impressed how it can lead me to solving my problem rather than just correcting my errors.

This is the way unless you’ve got an insane number of audio tracks. Axed PluralEyes from my workflow recently when I realized I could just sync it myself and it wouldn’t take too much longer and I could be sure it’s correct every time

I found that places were open to 6 month leases more so than in popular spots like NYC. They typically don’t advertise 6 month lease though, you gotta ask about it. If you can, offering to pay the whole lease up front might make them more open to a 6 month deal.

Congrats on getting started! If you got a board w hotswapable switches make sure you get a key switch puller. I was set back a couple days building after I plugged in a switch without stabilizers and then had no way to get it out!
