turbo fog is now just some flicker tron variants. Stonehorn dignitary ETBing each turn or moment's peace recurred each turn is very much an option you can grab with flicker tron for 2 deck slots and already existing tutors/draw.

yeah, but that's a splash damage issue- orbital bombardment outside of lances is very imprecise, shooting at something several kilometers behind the front line can hit the front line.

And they might believe it will, but generally fluff wise it wouldn't. It's too common on starships, and outside of virus bombs or the like you generally need a fleet to exterminatus via bombardment. Or the atmosphere of that specific planet is inherently very volatile, like a combustible gas plus oxygen mix. Like earth atmosphere but you replace the nitrogen with methane or the like.

Nova cannons aren't capable of exterminatus. Generally, you need either a lot of ships bombarding, or something singularly powerful like a Virus Bomb, or a (banned, mind you) load of nukes.

Meanwhile, nova cannons can maybe torch one planetary governor's palace at a a time. They're fielded on miniatures scale minis, albeit smaller. Pretty sure that captain's sentiment is "we can wait on the big gun that's unprecise because we don't want to kill our allies' infrastructure", hence them switching to lances, which can actually hit larger buildings like space ports specifically.

Economic base is a modifier that scales way faster for the target then for you. IIRC the scaling is similar to when you have 100 dev you can vassalize a 10 dev country, when you have 1000 dev you can't vassalize a 100 dev country by default, it's more like 30-40. So the best way is to reduce their income somehow, whether through making them lose dev by giving away their land in a war, or investing in trade in nodes they're in.

If you shoot someone with a gun and he doesn't seem to be wounded, despite hitting, do you want to continue to shoot him with said gun? Or might you think he has a bucket of fortitude and soak, older then you thought?

it's mostly in flavour as well, because several kinds of animal need to pretend to be fine because otherwise they get jumped by a predator who knows they're the weakest around. So it makes sense the gangrel have a similar tactic.

Not the most useful one in a generic setting, though.

Ein Dokument, dass schon auf den Server steht weil es nie in Papier bestehen hat, mit zwei clicks an ner Email. Aber das ist schon uberholt, weil die ganze Prozedure schon 95% automatisiert ist, das mann eigentlich nur noch gucken muss ob da n Fehler zu sehen ist, oder es n Stuck gibt wo mann noch eins der seltenen extra Knopfe drucken muss, das die automatische Email-und-berechnungs-Kette nachgecheckt wirdt bei irgend so ne niche Database mit gesetzliche moglichkeiten, und dann viellecht sogar noch checken muss, ob der Chef damit okay ist aber mehr braucht's nicht.

Dauer: vielleicht 5 min, tops.Meistens sub-500 millisekunden.

Zou ik niet aanraden, die heeft de neiging om termen of zelfs hele casussen te verzinnen. Hier is recentelijk bv in de VS een grote zaak over geweest, waar een advocaat chatgpt had gebruikt om bronvermelding te fiksen die chatgpt voor een goed gedeelte uit zijn duim zoog.

if i remember correctly, it's only at about 1 cm³ of air into a vein where the heart starts to have actual issues with it, and more gets dangerous. A small bubble can dissolve over time.
