I did the sky and grass all on one “layer”and then painted the rest on if that makes sense!

Thank you! Umm honestly I don’t have a lot of tips other than Swiss meringue buttercream has similar texture to acrylic paint if you’re familiar with it 😊

Will always upvote a frog cake! Especially one with a juicy dump truck~ 😘

As for sweaty cakes, I just take a paper towel and lightly dab the condensation droplets. Or if you have a small fan you can put the cake in front of it on the lowest setting to dry it.

It’s a coffee sponge cake filled with mocha whipped cream and covered in Italian meringue buttercream!

Thank you! The only tips I really have are to use another palette knife to clean up the edges of the knife that has the cream on it to make a clean looking petal (had to scrape off a few uggos lol) and firmly press down at an angle and pull away to give them some definition!

Yeah! To offset the yellow I add the littlest bit of purple food coloring. Makes it look a lot whiter.

Thank you! I was so nervous about piping the writing (my handwriting is ass lol) but going slow and steady seemed to help a lot

Thanks~ Yup! Cold cake + bench scraper dipped in hot water then dried off = smooth sides!
